North central Missouri | I'm wanting to get an approx value for pretty good farm ground close to Tipp City Ohio. My wifes family is from that area and are not farmers but own 80 acres that has 55-60 tillable acres on it. I'm pretty familiar with the property and feel it's above avg ground and lays well in my opinion. I was just surprised when I learned today what the family receives for cash rent. Just wanting to know if what their receiving is fair. TIA. | |
