Subject: Raven X20 guidance drifting offline

Does anyone have any ideas of what might be causing machine to drift offline using X20 guidance after signal was changed from Raven to Trimble input and what'd be worth trying to get a solution?

Writeup from call with grower below;

Original system
Tractor (unknown make and model) used for spraying and spreading
- Sprayer with Raven rate controller
- Spreader with manual rate control
- X20 with Raven? GPS receiver on autonomous doing autosteer (integrated hydraulic) and coverage
- FM750 with AG25 or similar not actively used
- Engage autosteer with toggle switch
- Spray coverage was auto, fed from rate controller
- Spread coverage was manual, turned on by pressing the “bar” on the screen

Modification
The autonomous guidance from the X20 was drifting a lot so decided to feed signal from the Trimble system which runs at higher accuracy. McIntoshes sent out cables

New setup
X20 still does guidance through integrated autotrac controller and coverage but draws signal from the Trimble side. FM750 must be turned on for signal, but other than that it sits idle in the cab.

Issues
Spreading
Machine is tracking offline. When running North then South then North passes the machine engages autosteer successfully but sits about a metre offline resulting in a gap on one side and overlap on the other side.

“Bar” for turning coverage on and off on the X20 screen is lost if the toggle switch is enabled for guidance. Current method to overcome issue: opt to disable toggle switch which brings back the bar for coverage on/off and use the button on X20 screen for engaging guidance, rather than the toggle box.
