Subject: Raven Accuflow on/off valve leaking liquid

I bought an NH3 applicator a few years ago with a Raven Accuflow 2 valve system. It has been a dependable unit. With about 40 acres to go this season, the on/off valve began leaking copious amounts of liquid NH3 out the topside of the valve (under the motor) and only when the valve is closed. I'm guessing that it doesn't leak when the valve is open because there is then another outlet for the pressurized liquid. Rep said it sounds like I need a seal kit.

To those of you with more experience with these valves, would you agree that this is likely the problem? Would a bad seal direct liquid out the top of the valve rather than just allowing it to pass through the valve? Any resources online which would show the seal replacement procedure?
