Subject: Rain cooked beans

sw ontario
Last weekend heavy storm dumped 3" of rain on soys which were at trifoilate stage and the ones on slow draining heavy ground have either drowned out or mud on leafs and kinda burning up with heat.Sorry I cannot post pics from my phone but a pretty crop turned tough. A lot of small poor corn around too. Bright spot, some have started wheat harvest, yields good and no fusarium.
Didn't know water on beans (not covered, just standing in) would do that much damage. After the 4" rain in may we thought we were ok ,, crops overall don't look nice.
