North west MN | when i signed up for that sba loan having only 1 employee in January i got 1,000 deposited into my bank. Then a week or 2 later i got a offer for another 150,000 loan. Question is if a guy took the 150,000 it sounded like they would file a ucc or lien. So if a guy wanted to take a grain loan at the fsa the fsa would possibly have to contact the sba for a lien release to get a grain loan? Think it might be hard to contact the sba in situations like that.
Another scenario if a guy traded tractors i wonder if the sba lien would show up and the dealer would have get a lien release to take the tractor in on trade?
Sounds to me like it could be more work than its worth and the interest isn't all that great.
Talked to one guy he accepted the 150,000 loan online by just typing his name on the signature line and 2 days later he had a 150,000 in his bank account. Hes not worried a bit about it.
