| This is the third roof I lost the cap shingles only on big gusts of wind on leading edge of a storm. All roofs had ridge vent with the hail resistant Owens Corning Duration shingles.
How many nails do YOU use? Would some kind of extra sealant or glue? Would reducing the revealed portion to LESS than directions say help?
These stayed put for several years before they flew off so don’t remember exactly how these were done do know it was by the Instructions | |
