For everyone in the "drier" areas of the North America and specifically in SW Saskatchewan/S Alberta. I have never grown oats but am wanting to do a small plot to compare yield/revenue potential to malt barley.
What varieties would be recommended for the milling market and my requirement to straight cut (shatter resistance)? TIA
