Now the rub to the owners of the business is they may have to pay a different rate that they have been paying . And would you like to guess who's pocket that will come from ? Chicken can react the quickest , pork next then beef . We have had a system that has been extremely fine tuned , that is being tested . What if is about to happen . And on top of it the product this system is processing is perishable , to a degree . The demand may slow but in a short order , when supply is curtailed , we could be looking at a whip saw the other way . When some one loses , there is someone gaining . That can be a ball buster when your the one being squeezed , but an opportunity if your positioned correctly on the other side .
