Pittsburg, Kansas

I had found this page then when I wanted it a while back could not find it because I forgot the Dr's name.

Here it is for anyone trying to watch carb consumption. About one teaspoon is what our blood is supposed to have in the bloodstream at any time. Any excess has to go into storage.

Here is the doctor being interviewed. Kind of a long drawn out interview............but it is raining again outside. Got 1.5 days in a row of field work done this time. Some of it in the mud holes.
