I bought a used planter, has liquid fertilizer on it and previous owner never cleaned up planter after last spring. I've tried Cirtol, Simple Green, wax, bug and tar remover, mineral spirits and paint thinner. Paint thinner seems to work somewhat but wondering if anyone has tried anything that actually works. Thanks
