Ottawa Canada | I am in the process of putting together a cheap strip refresher for corn. This will be used to lightly fluff my fall shank strips. I plant with a JD 1780 6/11 with dry 2x2 starter. This is for 150 acres of corn max.
Questions: How should I apply Nitrogen? Broadcast with Agrotain? Apply some UAN on surface with my SP sprayer,and sidedress the rest? Apply N with refresher? Other ideas?
Is it worth getting it in the band as opposed to just bulk spreading for small acreage? Thanks
