Nebraska, The land of corn and cattle | I'm looking for a herbicide to work with early corn innerseeding. But my main goal of innerseeding is forage for cows in the late fall and winter. Weve been grazing regular stalks for years after every type of herbicide without issues. But the only ones I can come up with are Rup, Gramoxone, etc.
So can someone explain to me why things like edible beans, chickpeas, lentils, etc have the same plant back restrictions as cover crops, yet those can be used as human consumption, but it specifically says not to graze a cover crop planted after an application??
This is on the label for Verdict, I planned to use a 10z rate right behind the planter then come back and plant the covers at V4ish.
