Subject: BBI spreader rate erratic

Appomattox/Fredericksburg, VA
Having an issue with my BBI magnaspread with the rate being erratic. The bed chain will speed up and slow down abruptly. Controlling with a GS rate controller dry. Have used this system 7 years now trouble free for the most part. Any other time this happened it was the gear tooth sensor for the bed chain. I swapped it with the one on my endurance litter spreader without change. I also swapped the servo valve. The valve is set to fast close and 5023 like it has been from the start. It seems to be over reacting to changes in ground speed. I've never had to mess with the valve cal number before but wondering if it needs to be. Running variable rate but it has plenty of time in each zone to settle on the rate. Seems worse when the oil warms up. Any help appreciated.
