It's a seed treatment that has "excellent" efficacy ratings for rhizoctonia sp., pythium, and phytophthora root rot in soybeans.

I spent almost half-an-hour searching on the internet for information on it, but couldn't find a label or manufacturer.  (Maybe my searching skills just ain't up to par.)
