I did a re-set (unnecessary) to my laptop and now have to re-install Mozilla thunderbird email. Only problem is that it wants a password if I am to get back to my existing account using my original e mail. I don't know what this password is and have no record of it. I went through the options, security, password, procedure that most recommend but found that thunderbird did not have any saved passwords. So no way to get my thunderbird account back with my old email address?
