Question about Excel formatting...........

I often have situations in Excel where I would like to have TWO separate groupings print at the top of every page.

Example would be one line of identification, and several lines to identify components of columns, ie headings.

First page of the worksheet, for example, would be composed of identifying data plus text to describe the contents of the memo....…… and then subsequent pages would contain the identifying data at the top plus the column headings, and then the numerical data in the columns.

I do not see any way of doing that, absent using separate worksheets in the workbook, and printing as one.

I can accomplish that by determining the page breaks and merely copying and pasting the data onto each page within the worksheet...…...but that is time consuming as compared to merely highlighting lines to be printed.

Comments?

Thanks.
