Subject: Where to find county average yields in past years?

South Georgia
I was having a conversation with a neighbor about SCO the other day, and was looking for information to do some figuring with. I can find county expected yields on the RMA website, but where can I find actual county yields from past years? Specifically, I'm looking for cotton yields if that matters.

I can find the actual county average yields for cotton in my county from 2015 forward, in the STAX section, but STAX wasn't offered before that, so that avenue is out. I'm sure these numbers are available somewhere, but I haven't been able to put my finger on them.

Thanks for any help,
Adrian

Edit: I'm not sure this is the best forum for this question. Maybe Marketing Talk would be better, but crop insurance discussions seem to be fairly common here, so I thought I'd try.
