Subject: Stability of Urea In Solution?

South Eastern VA
So I have some 46-0-0 dissolved in a 275 tote, (300lbs) along with some In-Fixx stabilizer. The plan was to side dress a small field of corn with it.

I did this because I have about 15 bags that are hard as a rock, somebody gave it to me so I don’t complain.

Well the corn was mudded in back in April , then a month with no rain turned it brown and now we have had a butt load of rain in the last week. The corn looks horrible, some is two feet tall and some is four feet tall. I may spray it to kill it or even mow it down. It’s only 4 acres.

So my real question is how long will my liquid brew stay in solution? So it is completely dissolved with no chunks.

If I replant corn I could use the liquid as a fertilizer band a couple inches over from the row.

Any thoughts?
