Lots of ad's now for VPN's.  Encrypt your emails, secure your browsing etc.  But does or can your ISP still see all the data that you are looking for and looking at?  If you log onto your bank and type in your password, doesn't that have to go through your ISP to get to the VPN?

I'm ignorant about the the functions of a VPN.   (obviously)
