multiply that by your planted acres in 2019 and you have your total possible MFP payment, divided by three timed payments I guess, possibly, maybe.
More incentive to plant something in June for sure, doesn't matter what.
If it does dry up the first part of June, most everything gets planted because you only lose a point a day on insurance guarantee after the PP date.
