SE South Dakota | Mainly looking at something to air out low grounds in unworked corn stalks this year as its terribly wet here and cultivator is gonna make a mess... Also would hopefully someday be used to incorporate cover crops after corn or bean harvest, maybe even seed oats in the spring.
Is there an advantage to one or the other? Looking at a 60' unit like the Yetter Rotary hoe or Riteway adjustable Rotary harrow (20-40 degree angle). Is the Harrow running at an angle really any worse for the soil when your just scratching the surface? Will the Hoe plug up in heavy cornstalk residue?
