Subject: How do you service tractor brakes?

Madison Co. Virginia
Specific tractor is a Ford TW-25( 150 horse ) with bad brake seals. But my question is a little more general than that. How do you physically remove the axles from the tractor?

I'd like to leave the wheel, weights, and axle together and remove as one piece. The axles only need to come out several inches; just enough to blow the brake pistons out of the main case; then slide everything back together again.

I hope to use a 3-point forklift to do the job, along with a handful of bottle jacks and a floor jack. I've got a few ideas on how to do it, but it's all just speculation. Any pics or advice you have on what works or doesn't work for removing and safely reinstalling the axles would be appreciated.
