| Hey Guys,
I live in Northwest Oklahoma where we raise a lot of wheat. I was just curious if any of you are involved with any specialty winter wheat markets? Like a white wheat market or a specific hard red wheat variety that the millers are wanting to buy? If so would you please tell me a little about how it works and if you are receiving a premium for raising that variety? I'm just trying to get some different ideas to look into for the future.
