central ohio | I bought a GX450 to replace my DCM300. I have the power hooked up and usb connected to my FM 750. I installed the Verizon SIM card and activated it through Data Activation Center. When I power up the 750 the Gx450 goes through the light sequence of all green then amber then red. It then goes back to all green. After a few second it then starts flashing all the lights red twice then after a few seconds repeats the red flashing. When the lights go out during the second flash the lights “chase” meaning the longest light (power) goes out first then the next longest and so on.
I have attached some photos of what I am talking about. The flashing only takes about a second each time it does it then takes about a two second pause then flashes twice again.
Anyone have a clue what this flashing light sequence means. I looked through the GX450 manual online and it mentioned nothing about all the lights flashing red, only green and amber.
Also I am having trouble hooking up my computer to the GX450 to configure it. I am using a Ethernet cord. The lights on the Ethernet plug turn on but my conputer won’t connect. Keeps saying it timed out.
Starting to wonder if the unit is defective.
