All the talk on Spencer dam breaking and the road,but also waterline.The water line was tore up when the dam let loose which supplies thousands of cattle and two towns with water.
Now I have a friend on waterboard ,they are going to (plan)bo bore from one side across to the other aprocimentaly 6000 feet.10 in pipe and this time will be encased.
The estimates will be back Monday.We both have no idea he thinks a million ,I'm thinking 500,000.Have a beer on the line.
No beer for anyone else but if someone wants to take a guess that's fine.
