West of Broken Bow | There aren’t very many surviving photos of them I don’t believe. He farmed cotton with mules up until the 1950’s, according to papers they kept. And then she passed away in 1959. Wish I still had the few photos of him plowing with the team.
Anyhow, I didn’t get to post this pic in my previous thread about them. This was taken in 1952. Still trying to figure out why they chose that particular community to be married in and if maybe she was born nearby.
