| I have a current Indiana Private pesticide applicators permit. To renew my Illinois permit I need to send a Recrocitity Request & verification form to Purdue / state chemist, for them to complete & return so I can send it to the IL Dep. of Ag to renew my Illinos license. Can someone please tell me where / whom I need to send the Illinos form to at Pirdue. I have contacted ny countu extension office but the extension agent is out of office till next week and no one else seemed to know.
