I need to purchase a tractor and have been looking at used 8r's with the IVT transmission.  Almost all the nice ones I have looked at have the left hand reverser and I would just as soon have the shifter on the armrest.  Do you know if you can easily make it a right hand reverser with just a few parts and a little bit of time?
