have a couple of  hydraulic cylinders needing repacked,   and  their  gland packing  has  4 open notches to  latch on to.    I have several  other cylinders that uses holes for round pins that would justify this  tool

Will a   pin type   adjustable  work here?

  Really don't want to just  knock  it loose  with  a  punch and hammer.. 

The pins on this are 6.5mm and  8.5mm    should engage the  square notches ok.   

6.5mm is  basically  1/4 inch,  and  8.5 is  1/3 inch.
