Subject: Eliminating cobs in corn sample- CaseIH Flagship

What is the best concaves system to use in a 7120 Case Flagship? My concaves are wore out and need to be replaced before harvest this fall. My biggest complaint with the Case OEM concaves are too many broken cobs in the sample. Large wire up in the front and every other wire pulled in the separator concaves. Every concave maker claims to be the best. Round bars seem to be popular in NAT talk. What about the Este's XPR concaves? Interesting design. Corn is usually 19-23% moisture and 190-230 BPA. Any good thoughts? This combine also does beans where the OEM concaves seem to do fine.
