Subject: clearspan building

central PA

thinking of putting a clear span litter holding structure up this spring. PA requirements only let a farmer hold litter for 3 months, uncovered. I was thinking of using the 2 ton concrete blocks along the sides, leave the front open and put blocks along the back side. I would put a stone base under the blocks. I would like to stack the blocks 3 blocks high. That would raise the roof and also I wouldn't have to worry about litter touching the sides. The structure would bolt into the top row of blocks. Anyone see any wrong thinking with this?
