Guys that have put up or helped put up support towers for grain legs....did you assemble the sections laying on the ground and tighten everything before erecting or did you leave bolts loose and tighten everything after the tower was erected? Book is not helpful in answering this for us. We're concerned about things lining up if we pre-tighten.TIA.
