It seems to have everything I am looking for to put smoke on jerky, sausage, ribs, pork butts and brisket. Temperature range is 150-450 and holds around 40 lbs of pellets, approx 18 hours. Does anyone have one that would like to comment on theirs? I don't want a horizontal smoker/grill. I really enjoyed making sausages I have smoked them in the past with a home made smoker. I would like to get back into it with something I don't have to baby sit all day as with the old smoker. Thanks, Joe. | |
