DE | 2005 8600 international. Just replaced the actuator for the outside door vent, the one in front of passenger windshield where cab air filter is. The old one had stripped gears.. The new one works but only closes when I put air flow selector knob in max position . Just recently got truck and it is not much on heat. Thought once I got new actuator on it should close vent door to keep cold outside air out when selector knob is in the heat position or lower air discharge only by your feet. Is this right or not? | |
