North of London | Finally had the first snow that needed cleaned up so out on my run this morning and going quickly as not a lot in most yards.
About 2/3rds done and I found a mud hole.
Temperature was +9 on Tuesday and then cooled off with snow yesterday and was -9 this morning when I found the mud under the snow.
I can now tell you from experience what mud does when it finds steel that is at -9.
So I finally had to come home to get better equipment to chip some of it off the chute and paddles so I could finish the route.
Working enough to get the snow out of the chute but needs a better clean up before the next run.
Am thinking more about retiring from snow removal business! | |
