Subject: No tilling into CRP

north central iowa

Have expiring CRP that was not eligible for renewal. Sprayed and killed vegetation and baled it off this fall. Have Kinze planter that I have no tilled into standing cornstalks without no till coulters without any problems. I don't have coulters. Do I need them in this situation? Planting soybeans.
