Just outside downtown Prairie Hill | Wanted to report on the concrete grooving question I put up last summer. You guy suggested both scabbing and/or grooving. Scabbing folks were not very responsive. Took a couple of calls to find a machine to leave a message. Think they have changed hands and were perhaps in transition? Concrete Grooving from Yuma, Az were quite responsive. They thought they could get here within a couple of months. They got here in @ 1 month. Very happy with their work. Cattle are much calmer now...pretty remarkable how much difference it has made. I received a call a few days later from the company...they said I had paid the wrong amount...I thought here we go.... Tom said I had paid too much and would it be ok for him to send my check back with the correct invoice and have me send him a new check. So I am impressed with both the work and the company. |
