We replaced the breather filter and the plastic cover won't seal, you can still see the blue filter all the way around except where the bolts are flexing the cover shut. Doesn't seem right to me. New filter is same dimensions everywhere we can see. He said the metal strips were to the outside when he took the old filter out. Any suggestions?
