Subject: Grilling Class

Lancaster, OH
OK. I'm a man and I'll admit it--I signed the wife and I up to take a grilling class with OSU Extension. I thought it might be a fun activity.

Well, the class was full of "experienced" grillers. I think they youngest of us (that could drive) was maybe 50.

I'd like to commend Garth Ruff from Henry County Extension. It was a very good class and I learned things. We had a compressed meats class and grilled three types of beef, two cuts of pork, two types of hamburger and a boneless turkey breast.

Never too old to learn.
