| I have used electric brakes on gooseneck and bumper pull trailers for 20 years and have never been able to get them work reliably or consistent. Seems like every couple of months I'm fixing or adjusting or replacing something. Pricing out a new triple 7000lb axle trailer - is the extra $2000 for electric over hydraulic worth it? Are these brakes more reliable and consistent than electric brakes?
My main goal here is to get brakes that work reliably.
