Got a little 1240 that been a while since I change hyd oil, filters, screen.  did all that and now I cant get any hyd functions to work. Its almost like the pump is not primed and and not pumping. I even raised the back of the tractor with the forklift to make the rear end higher then the pump that is on the engine.  Im at a loss...…. any help?
