SE MN | 7240 combine running a John deere 608c chopping head through a headsight box hooked to the deere sensors. We are getting error codes that say line disconnected for the header sensor (see pics) sometimes RC or LC sensors. My voltages show up on the headsight box when I move the arms the voltage only varies 0.1 volts between the three sensors. Should I be looking for a bad connection, broken wire or is something not calibrated correctly? Got a new code last night that was "header type sensor data incorrect" (see pic) . I recalibrated the headsight box but haven't tried it yet because its snowing. Pics are of the error codes and the headsight box I'm referring to.
