Central Kansas | Using a 3000 receiver, with a ATU 200. Changed out wiring harness, ATU unit and still get the message, CAN high voltage too low, CAN

Anybody using a ATU 200 with a 3000 receiver and not having any problems?
Plain and simple, is the wiring harness capable of running a 3000 receiver and ATU?
Want to add this is going to a John Deere brown box.
