SW Ontario | I've developed a slow (agravating) leak, that seems to be coming from the seal around the input shaft on the back of the hydraulic pump on my JD 1630
(Manheim built - 50 hp). It's under the radiator, where the pump is driven off the harmonic balancer via coupler. Wondered what kind of a job it is to fix, whether i'd just remove the rad. or the fuel tank as well. Someone suggested I check the small plastic "charge" line coming from the small reservior front of the rad, but that checked out good. Thanks | |
