Looking on radar this morning and rain appears to be headed this way pretty quick. Forecast is for showers every day til Monday. I could have finished up wheat last night but it got so wet that you could almost wring the water out of the straw hanging up on the cutter bar of the 1660 so I quit before I broke something else. Could be worse. Its snowing on Northern Alberta crops. So I won't complain. Looking at this photo from 1910 of both my grandfathers and some great uncles with their Aultman Taylor threshing machine powered by the IH "Famous" engine reminds me just how easy we have it now.
