Nebraska aka the boondocks | So you may have noticed a judge has overturned the wotus waiver by the epa, so... it can no longer be said look what they did for us and now, will a judge use the same legal standard when looking at how the epa was applying rin waivers? Very interesting! Bad news on one front, but good news on the other side, imo.
