Subject: How late is to late ,was asked around first of june

nc nebraska butte

This corn was planted June 19th.I remember Gramps saying he planted corn and it was up in four days.So was sure watching this had 3/4 in of rain night got done and temps were high 80s and 17 gallon of stater an acre.Still took a week to poke through.:(. This was planted after taking a half donkey oats crop for hay.Intentions are wet corn or silage.
