St.Clair Co. IL. | I finished making pickles last week, I had two jar's that did not seal after the cool down over night period,
well I put those two jars in the fridge to be used first, well I took one out and before I opened it I tested the lid and guess what, the lid was sealed the center did not pop back up, SO the question is are they really sealed or what? I'm new to canning so I have to ask the dumb questions.
