Subject: 3pt vs pull type chisel plow

SE IA
I'm looking at purchasing a rigid shank chisel plow (no springs) that is 12 shanks. There is a 3pt and pull type available, same brand, same width, same number of shanks. I'll be pulling it in bottom ground tight soils. Which one do you recommend? I'll be pulling it with a 7140 CIH. I've read that the pull type will sink in better on hard areas. I have a 3pt now and it does lift up on hard/compacted areas. Price is roughly the same. Thoughts/recommendations?
