Statesville, NC | Has anyone ever made a two wheel trailer type header cart for a 20 foot head? Seems like it would work ok, just would need a good tongue jack. You could have sliding tubing for a tongue, so you could slide it in out of the way when stored in a building. If you built one with a Dexter Torflex axle it should pull well at highway speed. Am I missing something here? It may not work for a 20' corn head due to weight, but a 20' platform should be in the range of two tires. The 205-65-10 is rated 1650 pounds in a load range E. | |
